They were able to create an upscale menu that complimented my cocktail party theme. The food was amazing and the presentation absolute perfection. The crew was courteous and professional. They know how to set up and take down quietly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Sam helped us with his amazing cooking for a meal that we catered. He was incredibly communicative through out the process. The ribs, briskets, pulled chicken was devoured by our guests, and this was a very memorable event. Sam and his team setup the whole venue and even got along boxes for packing the food... incredible quality, quantity, attention to detail in the setup and amazing professionalism. I had the most incredible experience with Sam from Smokin' Ain't EZ BBQ. He was prompt with every inquiry from planning to last minute changes for our Celebration of Life event. Living in Orlando and a vegan, the pressure was intense to find a caterer to deliver on all levels: delicious food, on-time delivery, accessible when needed. Smokin Ain't EZ BBQ checked all the boxes. Sam was extremely helpful in guiding me with the amount of food needed to serve during a difficult time. I really appreciated Sam's curiosity and open-mindedness to bring vegan options to his menu, too.

My event included: Pecan Smoked Pulled Pork, Texas Style Smoke Chopped Brisket, EZ Smoked Pulled Chicken, EZ Smoked Country Sausage & Onions,Bodacious Baked Beans, Creamy Key West Coleslaw, Pepper Du Potato Salad, Southern Style Green Beans & Ham, and EZ Mac N Cheese. Although I did not taste any of the food, I asked everyone what they enjoyed the most. Here are their faves in order of most consumed: Chopped Brisket, Mac N Cheese, Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Pulled Chicken, Green Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw. My only regret is I didn't capture any pictures to validate my review. If you're skeptical of a vegan's review, know that I had 90 people in attendance that will agree with me.

Excellent food and service! We had my wife's 50th party and Sam hooked us up! Pulled chicken, ribs, baked beans and mac and cheese were unbelievable. I will definitely recommend them to any one looking really good barbecue! Prices were awesome too!

Don't miss the Best BBQ around. The owner competes and has numerous awards and knows how to do it right. I've traveled all over the country and very few stick out like this. The owner is extremely personable marking a great overall experience.

Let me just start with, the food is Amazing! We hired Sam and his fabulous crew to cater our wedding and they did not disappoint. We had a farm wedding and the BBQ and Boots theme was a hit! From the early on planning stages, Sam was always prompt with communicating with us and helped with any questions we had. He even went out of his way to travel to the ceremony location to discuss logistics of setting up his trailer and buffet. The set up was very professional and the guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. I highly recommend Smok'n Ain't Ez for your next event!
